- May – The holiday allowance is paid out
- June – Remember to approve the payroll before going on summer vacation
- July – Remember to take the summer vacation into account when it comes to input and approval deadlines
- August - Remember to take the summer vacation into account when it comes to input and approval deadlines. Furthermore, the holiday allowance is paid out and the holiday year ends
- September –The new holiday year begins and holiday balances are reset on the payslip
- October - The Danish Autumn break might be in the middle of an input or approval deadline. Hence, you might experience a harder time getting your input information, and Azets might be short-staffed due to vacation time. It can be a good idea to send input as soon as possible
- November – Lost vacation days should be reported and paid to the Danish Labour market's Holiday Fund. The deadline is November 15th.
- December – Vacation days from the previous holiday year run out. This is a good time to ask the employees whether they want the unused days in the 5. vacation week paid out or transferred to the new year.
